Swimming Carnival
Term 1
The swimming carnival is an exciting event where students compete in a variety of swimming races to showcase their skills.
Swim School
Term 1
Swim school offers students a safe and supportive environment to learn and improve their swimming skills through structured lessons and expert coaching. All Year 2 students attend swim school each day for a week during Term 1.
Clean Up Australia Day
Term 1
Clean Up Australia Day is a community event dedicated to cleaning up litter and caring for the environment, encouraging students and staff to work together to make our school and surroundings cleaner and greener.
Easter Hat Parade
Term 1
At our Easter Hat Parade, students display their imaginative and festive hats. This event celebrates creativity and the spirit of Easter, bringing the school community together for a fun and colourful occasion.
ANZAC Day Parade
Term 2
Our school proudly marches in the ANZAC Parade each year to honour and remember the bravery and sacrifice of Australian and New Zealand servicemen and women.
Athletics Carnival
Term 2
The athletics carnival is a lively event where students participate in track and field competitions, promoting fitness, teamwork, and school spirit.
Harmony Day
Term 2
Harmony Day celebrates cultural diversity and promotes inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone in the community.
NAIDOC Day
Term 2
NAIDOC Day celebrations honour the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across Australia.
Book Week
Term 3
Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.
Education Week Open Day
Term 3
School open day is an opportunity for students, parents and carers to get to know our school. We invite our parents/carers and relatives to visit our classrooms and enjoy lunch with their children.
Kindergarten Transition
Term 3 and 4
Our Kindergarten Transition to School Program commences in Term 3, each session is extended in time to help prepare children and their families for a smooth and positive start to school.
Grandparents Day
Term 4
Our school celebrated Grandparents Day by warmly welcoming grandparents to join students for special activities and shared memories, strengthening family connections.
Day for Daniel
Term 4
Day for Daniel at our school is a special event where students and staff come together to raise awareness about child safety and the importance of protecting children in our community.
Stage 3 Camp
Term 4
During Term 4 each year, Stage 3 students attend camp. This year students will be going to Canberra and visiting attractions such as the War Memorial, Parliament House and Questacon.
PSSA Sports
All Year
PSSA sports at our school provide students with opportunities to participate in a variety of competitive and team-based sports through the Primary Schools Sports Association. These sports help promote teamwork, fitness, and sportsmanship among students across different age groups.
